1. What is the author's attitude towards the action or events?
- As you can see the narating was done by the character itself, so like you could see the love and lust in his thoughts or just a simple manner of holding her hand and how he thought that they would be perfect for each other. 2. Is the story humorous or tragic or frightening Does the author want you to laugh, or cry, to feel happy or sad, to experience anger or fear? - Honestly, in my opinion i think this story is sort of tragic. I mean the guy falls in love with the girl, the girl does not return his feelings and not only that he also finds out that her father is a colonel who likes to make other people's lives miserable. I think the author just wants us feel bad about what happened to him, and as for experience i think it would be anger and fear. Anger because he lost her the moment he thought he might get her, and fear of what would've happened if he actually did get her. 3. What is the author's attitude towards character or the narrator? Does the author like or dislike, trust or mistrust the characters or the narrator? - I really don't know, the author does not talk much about the narrator aside from how he felt in certain events. |
